Prof. Rolando T. Averilla is the Chairperson of our Board of Trustees. He is currently the Vice President for Business Development of National University in Manila.

He was previously Director for External Affairs and Dean of the College of Business and Accountancy in the same institution, on top of his regular teaching load.

He is a lecturer at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and in Bayan Academy in the field of entrepreneurship education. He honed his teaching skills at the Asian Institute of Management as a Teaching Assistant in its Masters in Entrepreneurship program from 2001 to 2008.

Atty. Reynaldo B. Robles is a practicing lawyer with vast experience both in the private and public sectors. As Senior & Founding Partner of The Law Firm of Chan Robles & Associates, he has counseled and advised numerous corporate clients and has served as chief legal counsel, corporate secretary and/or director of over a hundred companies.

He is also a co-founder and a principal officer of the numerous companies under the Chan Robles Professional Group including  the popular Chan Robles Virtual Law Library, an internet-based library which has remained to be one of the most popular and renowned legal research portal in the country.

Arturo S. Pascua is currently the Director of Safety and Security at First Oceanic Property Management (FOPM) Inc.

Being a former Navy officer, he served in various Naval Special Warfare units involved with anti-terrorist campaigns and civil-military operations in different areas of the country. 

He obtained his Master of Environment and Natural Resources Management, Major in Coastal Environment from the University of the Philippines’ Open University.

Elmer Cruz is the current I.P.S.D.I. president, and Vice Chair of its board of trustees. 

As a former Navy officer he was involved in maritime law enforcement, rescue missions in the West Philippine Sea, and anti-terrorist campaigns in Southern Philippines. In the private sector, he handled training program development for the Institute of Corporate Directors and later as Public Affairs Officer for the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines’ Visayas regional office.

He co-facilitates I.P.S.D.I. training programs and is also being consulted for innovation in sustainable livelihood programs that are anchored on bio-waste conversion and food security.
